2019 GOLF RULE CHANGES ALLOW FOR REPAIRING THE GREENS.
In the past, you could only repair ball marks in your line of play. But going forward, you may tamp down spike marks, and foot prints…you can even repair animal tracks. All of these things were previously a two stroke penalty.
